The Role: Driving Health and Business Solutions

As a Sales Representative at Devon Pharmaceuticals, your primary objective will be to promote and sell our products to key stakeholders within the medical ecosystem, including hospitals, pharmacies, doctors, radiologists, nurses, and pharmacists. This is not just a sales role; it is a consultative position where you will bridge the gap between scientific innovation and healthcare delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Generation & Expansion: Actively drive the sales of Devon's pharmaceutical products, expanding our reach within your designated territory and converting leads into loyal customers.
  • Relationship Management: Schedule strategic appointments with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to present our products, addressing both their business and clinical/scientific needs.
  • Team Leadership & Strategy: Supervise sales personnel, contribute to business development plans, and implement strategies to acquire and retain commercial-sector accounts.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitor analysis, monitor market trends, and keep up with medical and economic developments to provide actionable feedback for company growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain stellar relationships with clients, ensuring quick resolution of any issues or complaints.

What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for individuals who possess a unique blend of scientific knowledge and commercial acumen. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or any other science-related discipline.
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical products.
  • Location: Candidates must reside around the Lekki, Surulere, or Ikeja axes of Lagos State for optimal territorial coverage.
