About the Role

As a Provider Liaison Officer, you will serve as the critical link between our organization and our extensive network of healthcare providers. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring that our subscribers receive the excellence in care that defines the Anchor HMO brand. This position requires a blend of operational oversight, analytical thinking, and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals.
• Network Oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor provider compliance with established clinical and administrative guidelines.
• Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact to address and resolve billing discrepancies, service disputes, and operational concerns.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all network providers adhere to the highest standards of care and operational efficiency.
• Performance Management: Drive regional operational and financial performance while ensuring high levels of client and provider satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• Strong leadership and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and healthcare trends.
• Comprehensive knowledge of national health insurance schemes in Nigeria.
