Key Responsibilities
- Program Implementation: Oversee the day-to-day execution of health and socio-economic development initiatives.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project milestones, evaluate progress, and draft high-quality reports.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and donors.
- Administrative & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to organizational and donor-specific guidelines.
- Research & Strategy: Support the development of new project proposals and conduct relevant program research.
Who We Are Looking For
We are searching for a proactive individual with a strong foundation in public health or development. The ideal candidate possesses:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Nursing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in public health or development program implementation.
- Experience working within the NGO sector or on donor-funded projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent technical writing skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
