The Role

As the Procurement Pharmacist, you will be at the heart of our supply chain and commercial strategy. You will lead the procurement team in maintaining a competitive edge through rigorous market benchmarking, strategic inventory management, and robust vendor relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy: Lead periodic updates of the product list and pricing to ensure market competitiveness.
Inventory Excellence: Oversee just-in-time procurement processes based on real-time customer demand.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customer insights regarding product substitutes, availability, and delivery timelines.
Vendor Management: Onboard and manage strategic partners to expand our procurement network.
Analytical Planning: Develop a tiered product system based on pricing and efficacy, and conduct market research to drive regional growth plans.

Key Requirements

3-5 years of post-NYSC professional experience.
Prior experience in procurement and/or retail pharmacy settings is highly preferred.
Medium proficiency in G Suite applications, specifically Google Sheets and Google Docs.
