Job Overview: Post-Operative Caregiver

We are currently seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional Post-Operative Caregivers to join our clinical team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our patients' healing process, offering hands-on daily assistance, supporting our nursing staff, and maintaining a hygienic, comfortable recovery environment. Key Responsibilities

Patient Assistance: Assist recovery patients with their daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, mobility support, and personal grooming.
Clinical Support: Work alongside and support registered nurses in monitoring patient progress and recovery.
Patient Comfort & Hygiene: Ensure patients remain clean, comfortable, and properly positioned, while strictly maintaining the hygiene of the recovery room.
Infection Control: Adhere strictly to institutional infection control and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
Prompt Reporting: Monitor patient conditions diligently and promptly report any changes, concerns, or emergencies to the medical team.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in caregiving, hospital assistance, or direct post-operative patient care.
Sound knowledge of hygiene practices and clinical infection control protocols.
Excellent physical stamina and the ability to safely assist patients with mobility and transfers.
A highly patient, compassionate, and professional demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting.
Flexibility and willingness to work shift duties, including weekends and night shifts.
