The Role
As the Pharmacy Supervisor, you will be the cornerstone of our pharmaceutical operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of patient safety and regulatory compliance are maintained daily. This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacist looking to take the next step into leadership, managing staff, optimizing inventory systems, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver superior patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise daily pharmacy operations and mentor a team of pharmacy personnel.
- Oversee end-to-end inventory management, procurement, and strict medication quality control.
- Ensure full adherence to Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Provide expert medication counseling and collaborate closely with hospital consultants and nursing staff.
- Generate departmental reports and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
- A valid, current practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and administrative tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to patient-centered care.
