Role Overview

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care while driving the operational and commercial success of your branch. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
Provide expert clinical counseling and medication therapy management to patients.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of essential medicines while minimizing waste and stockouts.
Collaborate with other departments (veterinary, supermarket, and bakery) to maintain the seamless "One-Stop-Shop" shopping experience.
Represent the brand professionally and drive branch-level growth initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

Must be a registered Pharmacist, fully licensed to practice in Nigeria by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
Proven experience in retail pharmacy management or a similar clinical leadership role.
A genuine passion for retail pharmacy and patient-centered care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
