Role Overview
As a Pharmacist Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care while driving the operational and commercial success of your branch. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily pharmacy operations to ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
- Provide expert clinical counseling and medication therapy management to patients.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of pharmacy technicians, interns, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of essential medicines while minimizing waste and stockouts.
- Collaborate with other departments (veterinary, supermarket, and bakery) to maintain the seamless "One-Stop-Shop" shopping experience.
- Represent the brand professionally and drive branch-level growth initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be a registered Pharmacist, fully licensed to practice in Nigeria by the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Proven experience in retail pharmacy management or a similar clinical leadership role.
- A genuine passion for retail pharmacy and patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
