The Role
We are looking for a fast-learning individual who can provide high-level administrative and executive support to our Medical Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of navigating complex operational workflows, and dedicated to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Medical Director’s schedule, meetings, and daily agendas with precision.
- Serve as an articulate liaison between the Medical Director, internal medical staff, and external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, memos, and detailed reports.
- Rapidly acquire knowledge of hospital workflows to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, record accurate minutes, and manage follow-up tasks.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all executive, medical, and administrative records.
- Manage inquiries and visitors with intellect and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Maintain secure, organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in data compilation for operational and financial reporting.
- Execute ad-hoc administrative projects with speed and accuracy.
