Role Overview

As the Patient Services Manager, you will be the bridge between our clinical expertise and our patients. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors receives efficient, respectful, and high-quality care. You will oversee daily operations, manage front-line staff, and lead initiatives to continuously improve our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily patient flow to ensure a seamless and efficient diagnostic experience.
Supervise, train, and mentor front-line staff to uphold our SCRIPT values.
Address patient inquiries and concerns with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams to integrate diagnostic services into care pathways.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory policies, and patient confidentiality standards.
Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

A degree or professional certification in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related healthcare field.
Proven experience in patient services management or a supervisory role within a clinic or hospital.
