Role Overview
As the Patient Services Manager, you will be the bridge between our clinical expertise and our patients. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors receives efficient, respectful, and high-quality care. You will oversee daily operations, manage front-line staff, and lead initiatives to continuously improve our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily patient flow to ensure a seamless and efficient diagnostic experience.
- Supervise, train, and mentor front-line staff to uphold our SCRIPT values.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate closely with medical and nursing teams to integrate diagnostic services into care pathways.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory policies, and patient confidentiality standards.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- A degree or professional certification in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience in patient services management or a supervisory role within a clinic or hospital.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong background in quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- Ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
