About the Role:
As an Ophthalmic Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and delivering exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will be diverse, blending administrative precision with direct patient support. Key duties include:
- Diligent Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous patient records using MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Strong computer skills are essential for this task.
- Professional Patient Welcome: Be the first point of contact for our patients, extending a warm and highly professional welcome that sets a positive tone for their visit.
- Efficient Inventory Management: Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records for clinic supplies and equipment.
- Responsive Communication: Handle incoming calls from patients, providing information, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries with empathy and clarity.
- Sales Reporting: Record sales accurately and prepare daily reports for submission, contributing to the financial health of the clinic.
- Surgical Assistance: Provide crucial support to ophthalmologists during surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
- Vital Sign Monitoring: Conduct and meticulously record patient vital signs, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of their health status.
