Position: Academic Staff in Nursing Science
The College of Medicine and Health Sciences is looking for outstanding scholars and practitioners in Nursing Science. Selected candidates will be responsible for teaching, conducting impactful research, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall clinical and academic advancement of the department.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Academic Qualifications: Must possess qualifications prescribed by the National Universities Commission (NUC) and relevant professional regulatory bodies for the Nursing programme.
- Professional Certification: Candidates must possess relevant postgraduate qualifications and be duly registered and licensed by the appropriate professional regulatory body.
- Experience: Demonstrated evidence of teaching, research, or laboratory experience within a university or clinical setting is highly desirable.
- Additional Advantage: Possession of a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from a recognized institution is an added advantage for appointment into the College programs, as applicable.
