Key Responsibilities
As a Medical Sales Representative, you will act as the face of our company in your assigned territory. Your daily operations will include:
- Strategic Sales: Driving product growth by meeting and exceeding established sales targets while effectively managing your customer database.
- Relationship Management: Fostering strong, professional connections with healthcare providers and stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty and partnership.
- Market Expansion: Actively identifying and recruiting new customers while maximizing opportunities within your existing base.
- Operational Excellence: Implementing company marketing policies, reporting on competitor activity, and providing insightful customer feedback to leadership.
- Administrative Duties: Maintaining meticulous records and ensuring the timely submission of sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A BSc Degree in Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related science fields.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills.
- A valid driver’s license, as travel within your assigned territory is required.
- A mindset centered on integrity, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making.
