The Medical Records Officer is an indispensable member of the AMCE team, tasked with the vital responsibility of maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of patient medical records. Core Responsibilities: Driving Excellence in Medical Records Management
As a Medical Records Officer, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of critical tasks:
- Record Management: You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient filing, retrieval, and maintenance of all patient medical records, both electronic and paper-based. Ensuring the completeness and precision of patient information in every record is paramount. This includes preparing and assembling medical records for patient appointments, consultations, and various medical procedures, all while strictly adhering to legal and ethical guidelines regarding patient confidentiality.
- Data Entry and Management: You will meticulously enter patient demographic and clinical data into advanced Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data. - Release of Information: You will expertly process requests for the release of medical information from patients, other healthcare providers, and authorized agencies. Adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements during this process is non-negotiable.

Qualifications: What We Are Looking For
Educational Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a closely related field is required.
Professional Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
