Key Responsibilities: Contributing to Diagnostic Excellence
- Perform Advanced Laboratory Testing: Execute a comprehensive range of routine and specialized laboratory tests on diverse patient samples with meticulous attention to detail.
- Accurate Analysis and Interpretation: Critically analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and providing prompt, reliable information for clinical decision-making.
- Equipment Management and Calibration: Regularly maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments to ensure optimal functionality and precision.
- Quality and Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, hygiene standards, and quality control measures to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
- Documentation and Reporting: Meticulously document all findings and accurately report results to physicians and other healthcare professionals in a timely manner.

- Academic Excellence: A Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) from a recognized institution.
- Professional Licensing: A valid practicing license from the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN) is mandatory.
- Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of post-NYSC experience in a clinical laboratory setting, demonstrating practical expertise.
- Technical Proficiency: Competency in utilizing laboratory information systems (LIS) and proficiency in basic computer applications.
