The Role
As a Clinical Service Provider, you will be at the forefront of patient care, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors receives respectful, safe, and professional treatment. Your role is vital in maintaining our high standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality core clinical services in line with MSI policies and procedures.
- Provide therapeutic patient care and counseling, ensuring patients are fully informed before any service uptake.
- Support medical staff during examinations and treatments.
- Maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and strict infection prevention protocols.
- Document patient signs, symptoms, and treatments accurately within medical records.
- Support the marketing and administrative teams by providing technical insights and managing clinical data.
Requirements:
- Current NMCN License is mandatory.
- BCLS Certification required.
- A minimum of 3 years of post-graduation experience in a Midwifery position.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep commitment to client-centered care and safeguarding.
- Prior experience in sexual and reproductive health is highly desirable.
