About the Opportunity: Locum Client Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Locum Client Service Executive to play a vital role in our Marie Stopes Clinics. This position is central to ensuring an exceptional client experience and supporting the efficient operation of our services. You will be the welcoming face of MSI, ensuring every client feels respected, understood, and supported throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Client-Centered Service: Actively encourage and maintain a commitment to accommodating clients' special needs, including flexibility in working hours, while ensuring strict privacy and confidentiality.
Front Desk Management: Efficiently manage and staff the front desk, cultivating a welcoming, friendly, professional, and efficient atmosphere that guarantees client satisfaction.
Counselling & Support: Assist in providing crucial counselling on core MSION Clinical services, guiding clients with empathy and accurate information.
Financial & Administrative Support: Take responsibility for receiving, receipting, and daily banking of all service income. You will also assist with administrative and financial tasks such as record keeping and petty cash management.
Information Management: Timely collate and submit centre reports, monitor client numbers and income, and contribute recommendations to meet financial targets. You will also keep accurate records using approved formats, manage client complaints professionally, and ensure proper inventory and stock management.
Data & Documentation: Lead online client bookings and follow-ups, collate and update client data, support documentation of case studies, and assist with client statistics for analysis.
Clinic Environment: Ensure the clinic and its surroundings are consistently tidy, neat, and clean, reflecting our commitment to high standards of care.
Public Relations: Act as a positive public relations and promotional liaison with colleagues, the Ministry of Health (MoH), and the general public.
Information Dissemination: Ensure all information materials are regularly displayed in the clinic and provided to clients.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are searching for an individual who is passionate about maternal health and possesses a strong commitment to client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.

Education: Minimum HND/B.Sc certificate.
Experience: At least 1 year of post-graduation experience in a similar role within a clinical environment is essential.
Technical Skills: Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, are essential.
Client Focus: Excellent client interaction skills, customer-focused approach, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills are all essential.
Personal Attributes: You will be articulate, analytical, detail-oriented, and deeply passionate about maternal health.
