The Role

As a Granulation Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the tablet manufacturing process. You will be responsible for the preparation, operation, and monitoring of granulation equipment to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including High-shear granulators, Fluid bed dryers (FBD), and Rapid mixer granulators (RMG).
Execute wet or dry granulation processes in strict adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs).
Monitor critical process parameters such as moisture content, temperature, and mixing time.
Ensure total compliance with GMP, cGMP, and internal safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with QA, QC, and Production teams to ensure zero-defect manufacturing.
Maintain precise documentation and logs, adhering to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, or a related science discipline.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Technical Skills: Proficient in granulation techniques, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, and maintaining high safety standards.
Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
