We are looking for someone who can serve as the welcoming face of our clinic, ensuring that every patient’s experience begins with warmth, efficiency, and professional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Experience: Manage the check-in/check-out process, provide a warm welcome, and ensure all inquiries are handled with care.
- Operations: Optimize the daily clinic schedule to maintain high productivity while ensuring minimal wait times.
- Financial & HMO Management: Lead the HMO claims process, including verifying eligibility, securing pre-authorizations, and managing patient billing with transparency.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate electronic patient records, handle sensitive data with confidentiality, and ensure the front office environment remains inviting and organized.
What We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A High School Diploma (degrees in Healthcare Administration or related fields are highly valued).
- 1–2 years of experience in a dental or medical front desk setting.
- Demonstrable expertise in HMO billing, claims processing, and pre-authorization procedures.
- Strong technical proficiency with practice management software and office equipment.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first attitude.
