Your Role as a Community Pharmacist Assistant
The Pharmacy Assistant is a crucial member of our team, providing essential support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the pharmacy. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence, maintaining a professional and hygienic environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly attend to customers, providing assistance with product inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Accurately process sales transactions, handling payments and ensuring correct record-keeping.
- Efficiently receive, arrange, and stock pharmaceutical products and other inventory items.
- Proactively monitor stock levels, reporting low-stock items to ensure continuous availability.
- Actively assist in inventory counts and reconciliation efforts to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure that shelves and displays are consistently neat, organized, and properly labeled for easy access.
- Maintain precise records of sales and all inventory movements.
- Provide comprehensive support to the pharmacist in various administrative and operational tasks.
- Uphold compliance with all company policies and relevant pharmacy regulations.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional work environment at all times.
- Participate in writing articles and engaging in health outreach initiatives to serve the community.
What We Are Looking For:

- A minimum of OND, HND, or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment is a significant advantage.

- Basic computer proficiency to handle daily tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
