FAMSAS College of Health Science and Technology (FAMSAS-CHST), a premier private health training institution established in 2017, is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to fill the position of Community Health Officer (CHO) Tutor. Located in Keffi, Nasarawa State, our institution is committed to excellence in developing the next generation of middle-level healthcare manpower.
The Role
As a CHO Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the clinical and academic growth of our students. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students through their coursework, and assessing academic performance. We are looking for an individual who embodies professional excellence and is passionate about health education.
Requirements
- Relevant academic qualifications in the field from a recognized institution with a strong academic record.
- Must possess current registration and a valid practising licence from the appropriate professional regulatory council.
- Proven teaching experience within a College or School of Health is highly preferred.
- Demonstrable ability to effectively teach, mentor, and evaluate students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Basic ICT proficiency to facilitate teaching, record management, and administrative tasks.
