The Role

From Human Resources and Finance oversight to Facility Management and IT infrastructure, you will be the backbone of the organization's daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Align operational strategies with the group’s vision to drive sustainable business growth.
Multi-Site Management: Manage operations across diverse hospital locations with the ability to monitor and report in real-time.
Quality & Compliance: Implement rigorous quality assurance frameworks and ensure all facilities adhere to healthcare regulations.
Resource Optimization: Oversee the management of assets, equipment, and human capital to ensure cost-efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications and Competencies

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
A minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sites.
Exceptional proficiency in change management, risk management, and financial oversight.
