The Role
As the COO, you will act as the Group Head of Operations, bearing ultimate responsibility for all non-clinical administrative functions. You will bridge the gap between complex operational systems and exceptional service delivery, ensuring that every facility under the group’s umbrella operates at peak efficiency. From Human Resources and Finance oversight to Facility Management and IT infrastructure, you will be the backbone of the organization's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Align operational strategies with the group’s vision to drive sustainable business growth.
- Multi-Site Management: Manage operations across diverse hospital locations with the ability to monitor and report in real-time.
- Quality & Compliance: Implement rigorous quality assurance frameworks and ensure all facilities adhere to healthcare regulations.
- Resource Optimization: Oversee the management of assets, equipment, and human capital to ensure cost-efficiency and productivity.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities for expansion and build strategic partnerships to enhance market competitiveness.
Qualifications and Competencies
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sites.
- Exceptional proficiency in change management, risk management, and financial oversight.
