The Role

As an Associate Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our production processes meet the highest international standards. Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Regulatory Expertise: Must possess a strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and proven experience navigating regulatory audits and inspections.
Operational Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex batch manufacturing processes, including granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packaging operations.
Quality Management: Hands-on experience in managing deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and robust change control systems.
Documentation Excellence: Proficiency in the critical review and approval of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production-related documentation.
Innovation & Growth: Ability to lead technology transfer and successful scale-up activities for new product introductions.
Performance Driven: Strong experience in monitoring and optimizing production KPIs to ensure efficiency and excellence.
