Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Administration and related courses.
• Conduct and publish high-quality academic research in reputable outlets.
• Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects to completion.
• Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university academic activities and committees.
• Contribute significantly to curriculum development, student assessment, and overall academic quality assurance.
• Provide dedicated academic mentorship to junior academic staff and students.

Requirements

Applicants wishing to apply for this position must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognised institution.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant teaching and research experience in a recognised tertiary institution.
• Demonstrate a strong record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
• Have proven experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and student supervision.
• Demonstrate strong research, communication, analytical, and academic leadership skills.
• Be proficient in the use of ICT and relevant digital tools for modern teaching and research.
• Membership of relevant professional bodies will be considered an added advantage.
