About the Role

As a Nanny at our institution, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers. You will work closely with our early years educators to support the developmental needs of the children in our care, ensuring they feel secure, valued, and encouraged to explore the world around them.

Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, loving, and personalized care to infants and toddlers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment conducive to early childhood development.
Foster positive social interactions and encourage early learning through play and gentle guidance.
Adhere strictly to high standards of personal hygiene and childcare safety practices.
Communicate effectively and professionally with teachers, staff, and parents regarding the children's daily activities and well-being.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Proven previous experience caring for infants and toddlers in a professional or domestic setting.
Personal Qualities: Must be genuinely loving, deeply patient, trustworthy, and possess a warm demeanor.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and impeccable hygiene practices.
Bonus Qualifications: Certification or practical knowledge in First Aid is considered a strong added advantage.
