Job Description & Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to cultivate a vibrant musical culture within the school community. Key duties include:
- Instrumental Instruction: Teach students to play various musical instruments proficiently through both engaging individual lessons and cooperative group sessions.
- Ensemble Direction: Develop and lead school choirs and orchestras, fostering collaboration, discipline, and musical excellence among students.
- Event Performance & Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute musical performances for school events, ensuring high-quality showcases that highlight students' diverse talents.
- Competition Mentorship: Prepare and guide talented students for local and national music competitions, striving to achieve top honors and recognition.
- Theoretical Education: Teach music theory and practical applications, providing students with a well-rounded appreciation and academic understanding of music.

Requirements & Qualifications
