We are currently seeking a passionate and qualified professional to fill the position of Lecturer II - Nursing Science. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Nursing Science to undergraduate students.
- Develop and update curriculum materials, course outlines, and assessment strategies in line with NUC and professional standards.
- Mentor students academically and professionally, guiding them toward successful careers in healthcare.
- Engage in impactful research, scholarly writing, and academic publications.
- Participate in departmental, faculty, and university-wide committees as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must possess a Ph.D. degree in Nursing Science or a closely related discipline from a reputable university.
- Alternatively, Master's degree holders in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification full-time teaching experience at the tertiary level are also eligible to apply.
- Strong evidence of academic publications in peer-reviewed journals will be considered a distinct added advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to upholding high ethical standards and the faith-based values of the institution.
