Role Overview
As a Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of secondary school students. You will not only deliver high-quality instruction but also mentor students, collaborate with fellow educators to refine the curriculum, and champion a positive learning culture within the school. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a disciplined, safe, and encouraging classroom environment.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject matter with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable secondary school.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in modern instructional technologies and classroom management techniques.

Recruitment Timeline & Process
