About the Role

As a Horticulture and Crop Production Teacher at Arrupe Jesuit College, you will be instrumental in delivering a comprehensive and engaging curriculum. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality instruction to students, strictly adhering to the Nigerian National Policy on Education and the internal regulations of AJC.
• Ensuring effective and efficient coverage of every item within the school's scheme of work, providing students with a deep theoretical understanding and practical knowledge of Horticulture and Crop Production.
• Beyond academic instruction, you will be expected to equip students with essential life skills and real-world applications related to the subject matter.

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Degree in Agricultural Science, Horticulture and Crop Production, or an equivalent qualification is essential.
• Any higher degree or additional qualification, particularly in the field of Horticulture and Crop Production, will be considered a significant advantage.
• Registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is a mandatory requirement.

Experience:

• Candidates should possess at least 2 years of proven teaching experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a track record of effective classroom management and student engagement.
