Job Requirements

To ensure our tutors provide the highest quality of education and care, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Hold an OND, NCE, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of work experience.
Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English fluency.
Possess a genuine passion for working with children.
Be a fast learner, adaptable, and eager to acquire new pedagogical skills.
Willingness to commit to a 1-year contract.
Willingness to complete a minimum of 6 months of rigorous professional training.

Preferred Locations

To ensure seamless logistics and punctuality, applicants must currently reside in or around the following designated zones in Port Harcourt:

Zone A: Rumuodara, Peter Odili, Woji, Elelenwo
Zone B: Ada-George, Rumuokwuta, Rumuokoro

Attractive Remuneration

We believe in rewarding dedication and hard work fairly:

During Training: N3,500 per session, per child.
After Training: N5,000 per session, per child.
Scaling Income: Handling more children increases your monthly earnings. For instance, successfully managing two children can earn you up to N100,000 monthly.
