- Education: A B.A. in English is required. Possession of a PGDE, TRCN certification, or other relevant educational qualifications is highly preferred. Additional higher degrees in English are an added advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role is required. Demonstrated passion for literacy and student development is highly valued.
