The Role: Elementary Teacher

Key Responsibilities
- Teach and facilitate learning across all core elementary subjects.
- Prepare, implement, and update comprehensive lesson plans and interactive instructional materials.
- Regularly assess pupils' progress, keep accurate academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain positive classroom management and foster a disciplined yet nurturing learning environment.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress.
- Actively participate in school events, staff meetings, and extracurricular activities.
- Support the holistic development of all pupils under your care.
Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education (B.Ed.) or a related discipline. Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of active teaching experience, preferably within schools utilizing both British and Nigerian curricula.
- Skills: Excellent classroom management abilities, stellar interpersonal and communication skills, high creativity, patience, ICT competency, and robust organizational skills.
- Personal Attributes: A genuine passion for working with children, strong moral character, high professional standards, and the ability to collaborate productively with colleagues and parents.
