Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging, comprehensive Creative and Cultural Art lessons tailored to secondary school students.
Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages artistic expression and cultural appreciation.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual artistic growth.
Integrate modern teaching methodologies and digital tools into the curriculum to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with fellow faculty members on school events, cultural exhibitions, and extracurricular activities.
Maintain effective classroom management and uphold the school's high standards of discipline and moral character.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or a B.Sc./B.A. with a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
Strong, articulate communication skills and proven ability in effective classroom management.
A genuine, demonstrated passion for teaching, mentorship, and holistic child development.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant teaching experience will be considered a significant added advantage.
